"Giersch At Last" was coined by its founders, Peter and Brian Giersch, who formed a 2 man rock band in Milwaukee in the 1990s. They soon added some of the best players in town including Tom Daniels of Big Bang Theory, Jeff Hamilton (currently) of Beatallica, Kent "the Colonel" Knapp, now known as Milwaukee Blacksmith, and Jim Kiley, currently one of the formost Irish musicians in the US. After a 20 year hiatus, the reformed G@L features 4 Giersches and many other amazing musicians.
As a cover band, Giersch At Last plays mostly Classic Rock and the Blues. But you may see a set from the power trio, GRRRSCH playing 21st century pop hits, led by 20-something Therese Giersch. No two shows have the same set list and we're always learning new music, so if there's something you want to hear, let us know.

Peter Giersch has been writing and recording original music since the 1980s, and much of that music will soon be available whererever streaming services are streamed. When we play live shows, G@L is primarily a cover band, but you might hear an original or two spinkled in from time to time.
